Sourced from our Crowborough Estate keeping food miles to a minimum. We care for the environment and what people often overlook is that eating wild and not farmed animals such as Deer, Rabbit, Pigeon and in our case Crayfish these are not bred, or fed or intensely farmed, saving precious resources.
For younger diners and where practical we offer half portions or home made divine fish & chips and for your much younger diners, we’ll create something plain and wholesome.
